Privacy Policy and T&C's

Payment Terms:

Amount payable within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

Late payments will incur an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Additional Services:

Further requests, edits, alterations, and additional services may incur extra fees.

All additional services must be requested in writing and agreed upon by both parties before commencement.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 1 week of the agreed-upon start date will incur a 20% fee of the total project cost.

Cancellations made after the project has commenced will be subject to a fee based on the proportion of work completed.

Expenses:

Expenses are not included in package deals and will be billed separately.

All expenses will be pre-approved by the client before being incurred.

Media Usage Restrictions:

Any media provided by Ocular Studio cannot be changed, adapted, or altered in any way without prior written consent. Unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges or legal action.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in the media created by Ocular Studio remain the property of Ocular Studio until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the intended purpose.

Confidentiality:

Ocular Studio agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Liability:

Ocular Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

The maximum liability of Ocular Studio for any claim arising out of the provision of services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, the parties shall attempt, in good faith, to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before resorting to litigation.

Acceptance:

By engaging Ocular Studio’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
